Hi Michelle,

I’m sorry for the confusion. It looks like you were accidentally signed up for a trial subscription that wasn’t canceled, which is why you were charged. Sometimes this happens because people accidentally check the box when they are creating their account for the first time. I’ve refunded your subscription charge and cancelled your subscription so you won’t see additional charges on your statement. You can still log into you CW account and watch shows a la carte at any time. Please accept our apologies for the trouble.
