Is there a list somewhere for me to see who attended my concert? Also, I've had some complaints that credit card purchases were not always going through smoothly - what can be done about that?
In your artist dashboard there is a breakdown of the number of viewers etc. We only give out the user information if they choose to opt in to give it to you. You can download a .csv file of the opt in email address from your dashboard as well.
There are a number of reasons a credit card can be declined, but the most common is that the card on file is expired. In a case of a declined charge, the user is sent an email prompting them to update their card info on file. When they do, the charge is re-run the following business day and your account is updated accordingly.
