Failed Credit Card/ Customer supplied alternate

I have yet to hear back regarding the following: A customer's credit card failed, but she supplied a new one and wanted to re-run the card. There is no button to re-try the purchase. I've asked you to re-bill the new card and have not received a response. Please let me know the best way to handle. Thank you!
