When I click on "Email us", a box pops up that says "Microsoft Edge is trying to open Google Chrome. Did you mean to switch apps?" If I click "no", it just keeps looping me in a circle. I don't want to click "yes", because I don't want google to have any log-in or email info about me.
This seems to be a TERRIBLE situation!
Sorry you are having trouble resetting your email. We’ll go in and reset it for you. You should receive and email prompting you to choose a new password.
