WE are trying to get ready for the broadcast via the laptop by doing a test. We are trying to run it from the web either by using a mac or PC. When either laptop is used and adobe flash players have been updated we still cant get it to work. The video viewer just takes ages trying to load up and nothing happens. I noticed that others have posted here with similar questions but have not got any answers from technical support accept a strange answer stating "Hi Heather, So sorry you are having trouble. To tell you the truth, I just tried". What does that mean?
We have spent nearly 3 hours trying to get this to work.
Can Concert Window please answer ours and previous requests for help - does the software support PC and mac or just iphones. Please answer for the benefit of ourselves and others who are spending hours trying to get this to work. We are so disappointed.
Our platform works with either PC or Mac as well as with our iOS app. Which browser are you using?
