Why is there no downloadable video of my shows, and why does the clip of the show always says that it is processing, and never does? Anyone else able to download what is promised?

Hi Everyone,Sometimes there are problems when the video gets encoded as an .mp4. However if you click on the “edit or remove” your highlight video link in your dashboard you can select the portion of the show you want and post it to youtube. From there you can use a third party service such as http://www.clipconverter.cc to download the file. It’s a bit of a convoluted work around, but maybe be the best solution right now.

Log into your account, go to your dashboard, select the show you want from the drop down menu and click on the “download full video” link.
It looks like there is an issue with your archived video. Sometimes, due to errors during broadcast or other reasons, the video files may be corrupted or unplayable. In that case we’re sorry but there’s nothing we can do. This is part of why we offer video archives as a free service. Please accept our apology.
