Download of Show video, and clips

Why is there no downloadable video of my shows, and why does the clip of the show always says that it is processing, and never does? Anyone else able to download what is promised?

I am having the same issue. I broadcasted a show yesterday and the video started with a test broadcast from earlier in the day and then went to the live broadcast but the audio and video didn't sync up.

I had exactly the same issue today. Downloadable video started with the test broadcast and then the rest of the audio from the live show never synced up. Can't even use the video and it's disappointing. :(

I have the same issue, cant get it to work properly. Downloaded but no visuals and despite it playing in the window when I was chosen the highlight, that doesn't work either...
A real shame as two of my fans couple access and I've offered them a full video which they really want and now I cant even give them that :(

Hi Everyone,

Sometimes there are problems when the video gets encoded as an .mp4. However if you click on the “edit or remove” your highlight video link in your dashboard you can select the portion of the show you want and post it to youtube. From there you can use a third party service such as to download the file. It’s a bit of a convoluted work around, but maybe be the best solution right now.

We recognize that this is not ideal and we thank you for your patience while we work out the bug.

Thanks for the reply Concert Window, however the file I'm downloading has no image, only sound. I've already tried converting it to youtube and into cc and its not working. Can you email me the raw file footage please?

Log into your account, go to your dashboard, select the show you want from the drop down menu and click on the “download full video” link.

Played a show last evening. Today, the dashboard continues to show that the video is still processing and can't be downloaded yet. Are there any software engineers still working at ConcertWindow? Seems like bugs never get addressed.

It looks like there is an issue with your archived video. Sometimes, due to errors during broadcast or other reasons, the video files may be corrupted or unplayable. In that case we’re sorry but there’s nothing we can do. This is part of why we offer video archives as a free service. Please accept our apology.
