Hmm, try deleting the app completely and reinstalling. You might also try creating a new user account and double-checking your internet connection.

Sorry you are having trouble with the app. Try doing a hard re start of your phone by pressing and holding the home button and the side button at the same time until the you get a black screen with the apple logo. If that doesn’t resolve the issue then try deleting and re installing the app.
Glad it’s working. try adding the website and facebook info on a computer rather than on your iOS device.
Sorry you are having trouble. What web browser are you using? In Chrome you have to enable Flash by clicking on the lock icon in your search/url bar. I’m also having trouble understanding what it is you are trying to do. Concert Window is a live platform so putting up shows for replay is not a feature that is built in to our platform.
