"Please Install Adobe Flash Player"

Hey! So I've tried to do several shows on here for a while now after broadcasting a couple of years with no issues. I know that a lot of browsers have changed their layout, so it may be that I'm not doing this correctly. Help!

No matter what, it still says "Please install Adobe Flash Player." I've gone to settings in Chrome, then advanced settings and control and inserted in manually as getting a pass with using Flash. I've gone in my computer settings and made sure Flash was enabled. Nothing is working.

I have been unable to use Concert Window for quite some time and I'm hoping we can fix this issue so I can get back to broadcasting regularly!

Hi Sarah Jayne,

Thanks for being in touch and sorry you are having issues. Since most browsers now disable flash by default, you’ll need to enable it for Concert Window. In Safari, go to “Safari” in the menu bar and select “Settings for this website”. In Chrome, click on the “lock” icon in the url/search bar and enable flash in the drop down menu.

Have you enabled flash for CW in Chrome? have you tried in a different browser?

Hi Sarah Jayne,

I tried doing a test broadcast in both Chrome and Edge and even though Adobe Flash was installed it still asked me to install Flash. I made sure everything was set the way it was supposed to be.

The test broadcast worked in Internet Explorer, however. So it might be the way you want to go for your broadcast. All you have to do is log in to your Concert Window account.

I am sorry to say your site is down and needs to be fixed. I am grateful for you guys but let down cause I have my first show in over a year on 2/5/19. I tired 3 browsers. If the site will be down for some time please let us know as we prepare hours for these shows.
