Can't broadcast/do soundcheck

Hello! I'm attempting to test out the broadcaster and do a soundcheck. It keeps giving me an error message. I have the most recent FLASH update so I don't understand. I'm broadcasting from a MAC book pro. Is it the browser. I can switch to CHROME but I can't remember my log in? Can you help????

Sorry you are having trouble. That’s usually because you need to update Flash and/or enable it in your browser settings. Many browsers have started to disable Flash by default now so you need to go into the settings and ok it for Concert Window. It’s an extra step, which is a pain, but for the time being it is necessary.

Same problem here. I've tried everything. It seemingly worked on my ipad but we cant playback the content. SO FRUSTRATING! I guess we will have to use Facebook live. ANNOYED

Hi Rachel,

Since most browsers now disable flash by default, you’ll need to enable it for Concert Window. In Safari, go to “Safari” in the menu bar and select “Settings for this website”. In Chrome, click on the “lock” icon in the url/search bar and enable flash in the drop down menu.
