Many of our shows go 90 mins to 2 hours and we have been cut off at the end and this is very frustrating. We need to be able to brodcast the complete show. I read we need to contact CW but I press email under concert window and it goes to outlook. No email published to contact or a response form to fill out. Seems very strange that it is that difficult to contact CW and get this resolved. Nice platform but needs better support!!!!
hi Don, we have no time limit on shows, and the time should extend indefinitely as you continue to broadcast. Can you tell me more details about how and when it gets cut off? Is it at the very end (last few seconds)?
