the audio cuts out on my full video

Hi there! Well, here's the deal: I shot last night's CW show with my Macbook Pro. When it came time to review the full video to choose the highlight video, I skipped all through the two hours and twenty minutes, searching for a selection, and I heard a little bit from each tune. The audio and video was just fine. Made my highlight video and then downloaded the full show. But when I reviewed THAT video, the audio cuts out about 12 minutes in and does not return. What happened? And can this be fixed?

hi Bing, sorry about that. Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about that. There must have been an error when the video saved on the server. Sorry about that!

Hi guys. Unfortunately I just had this problem also. My show was on June 8th. I have the version downloaded from that day AND the version downloaded today July 23rd. Same problem in both. No audio.

WHAT?! *headdesk*

I had planned on taking that video and reusing it this month in a different way. But my plans have been completely thwarted.

:(

I have to say. This feels really crappy - like going to an okay rib joint to get your fingers covered in bbq sauce, only to discover that all the little complimentary moist towelettes they provided are dried out.

Sorry about this. I hate when that happens at the rib joint too! Very frustrating. Anyway, unfortunately we’ve been experiencing some problems with this feature and are working to fix it. Please accept our apologies.
