Download Video/Highlight Video is Audio only

Hey Guys,

The broadcast worked just fine, and the viewers could see the videos, but when I try to download the concert video, or create a highlight video, there is audio only.

Any thoughts on what may have caused this?

hi Vi,
Not sure.. maybe there was a glitch with the archive server which only saved the audio. Sorry about that!

I just had this same problem. Full video download seems to be audio only. The highlight video worked fine-- both video and audio. It's just the full-length one I downloaded that doesn't have both. Hmmm. Any ideas??

Same thing... Review video was video and audio, However when I downloaded the file it was audio only.

hi, try opening the file with VLC player — maybe that will fix it. If not, sometimes recorded video files can get corrupted because of connectivity issues during the broadcast. Sorry!
