My video is hung up, I can't produce a highlight video.
I keep getting the same message - 'Error loading stream: ID not found on server'

The video download is also hung up - 'download video processing...'

It's been 90 minutes since the show ended.

hi, it sounds like your video might have encountered a bug on the server. I’m sorry but there isn’t a way to retrieve it if that happens.

This problem seems to be very common. I have lost 3 videos with similar problems. Last month I had an African band play, and was really disappointed that the file was somehow corrupt

So here's how I suggest you get around it. Use your iPhone to broadcast via Concert Window. This works really well and anyone can watch from anywhere on the world....but think of it ONLY as a real time tool.

INVEST IN A GOPRO and make post concert highlight videos with that.

CW support have no idea how to fix it. First time I had the problem they were "looking into it" for a while, whereas now I get the same response. There's no way of retruieving it.
