password reset e-mail not received

What do I do? I do not remember my password, but I am not receiving the promised e-mail with reset instructions. I am checking both my Inbox and my Spam box. I have signed up with Concert Window in the past with this e-mail address because it told me this e-mail address is already used. I have 1/2 hour before the show I want to watch.

Please help!

If I understand you correctly, is it possible there is another email address associated with your account? If so, be sure to check that one as well. Here’s the password reset link if you want to try again.

Please note that this password reset link will only work if you are already logged out of Concert Window.
