I sent an email to support some days ago and haven't heard back yet, so I thought I'd try this way -
As I mentioned in my email, I love Concert Window and am having a great time with it. But I have encountered a problem with playback when attempting to cut a 10-minute highlight video of my most recent show:
After I logged in and went to my dashboard to cut my 10 minutes out of the video, it began to play at 2x or 3x speed. I logged out and logged back in, several times, rebooted, etc... to no avail. Wondering if there is a way to fix this so that I can put up my highlight video. Let me know what you think.
These highlight videos are great and a huge key to promoting future Concert Window gigs. Can anything be done about this?
