I get prompted to make a hightlight when I go to my dashboard. However, I am getting a "Error loading sream. ID not found on server" message. What do I do?
I had my show last night. This morning I am reading conflicting reports on number of tickets sold and proceeds. I see both 13 and 14 tickets sold. The dollar amount pending isn't the same number as any of the other numbers that I see. For instance, the total of the numbers in payment history is $107.49 but you paid me $101.89. While the pending number was reading $198.
This discrepancy is probably due a refund that a customer asked for at some point after your show.
In payment history, the “less than min” payment is actually included in the next larger payment — you’ll see that if you add up all the individual numbers in the larger payment.
