What should I do if I'm billed for the wrong thing?

To review charges made to your account, log in to Concert Window and navigate to the "Account" settings in the top right of the screen.



At the bottom of the page, there is a section titled "Charge history". Here, you can review charges made using your credit card.

If a charge is incorrect, you can use the "Questions?" link beside any charge to submit a question to our support team.
